There is no move-in fee or deposit for waiver services. Yes, there is a deposit for private pay.

Payment options for services are waiver services such as, CADI, BI, TBI & EW. We accept private pay and long-term insurance. The fees are based on individual needs for services.

No, but Ayan Care has lined up the means for continued services should the power is out for extended period.

Ayan care Inc has EMERGENCY PREPARDENSS MANUAL about how to handle any kind of emergencies. Each staff is trained on any emergencies and are competency tested on various scenarios on a regular basis.

The service plan and all revisions are entered into the resident’s clinical record, including notice of a change in a resident’s fees when applicable.

Verbal or visual reminders, Medication administration by licensed or unlicensed personnel, Medications set up by nurse, Diabetic Care, Anticoagulant medication management, pain pump management, oxygen pump management, nebulizers, Communication with physician/pharmacy, and many more comprehensive services are provided.

Private

All residents receiving assisted living services are informed verbally and in writing of their rights on initiation of services. Upon admission, all residents are given a copy of the Assisted Living Bill of Rights and the Grievance Policy.

Yes. 


Ayan Care is comprised of healthcare professionals including Nurses, Public health experts, Pharmacists, and Nursing Aids. We also have established memorandum of understanding with various Physicians and therapy providers.

Staff training is required by state and federal regulations. There are various types of trainings MUST BE GIVEN to staff and volunteers on a regular basis throughout of the year.

One to one for the most services. The ratios are customized depending on the needs of the resident.

There is a state of Minnesota approved rate tool that we use to negotiate daily rates of services.
